anti factions territory tp

Hello there,

So i am looking for a plugin thats disables people to teleport to their friends that are in enemy or neutral factions territory.
Can anyone make a plugin for me or tell me where to download this?
I'm using savagefactions.

This plugin doesn't disable /back cmd to enemy territory for example if someone dies i don't think they should be able to come back.
