Adding everyone to a team with /team and setting some flags (also with /team) enables players to see other players' nametags even when invisible.
If you needed new players that join the server to automatically join the team, you could use a plugin to do that for you, or simply use a repeating command block. The command would be like... /team join MySuperAwesomeTeam @a
