Anti /pay (essentials)

looking for something in which I can give a permission to certain people to deny the ability to be able to receive /pay from people with said permission

basically I have a prison server in which I want the A-J ranks to not receive funds from those above so when people join they wont get rushed into a super high rank and also with those that prestige they will all need to work to at least j before receiving /pay from the rest of the player base

we have they still receive funds from other players, it only stops a-j from being able to pay others, also we want /pay throughout the community as it makes everything faster

Maybe you should get a custom money plugin, tokens or something.

What economy are you using? I'm guessing essentials, but I'm just wondering. I am not sure how I would do this without using my own economy.

I just removed pay on my prison server, it also stops people from spamming chat asking for money.

Dude get an anti-command plugin and disable /pay
It would be absolutely free that way too. One I Would Recommend Is CommandEdit.
