Anti-Spam Bot CAPTCHA

I am looking for a plugin, that

• Shows the user 4 numbers and or letters
• The user must type it on first join. (A CAPTCHA).
• They will not be aloud to speak or move until this is filled out.
• If they enter it wrong X amount of times, it will kick them.

I have not been able to find a plugin out there that does this, as most just wait for "Move before typing."
