Anti Spam Plugin

Looking for a antispam plugin!!

Im looking for a plugin pretty much like Velt/Arcane’s. Spam 3 times and your muted for a minute. Spam for “x” amount of times and you are banned for “x” amount of time. (“X” must be able to be edited in config.)
I’d like it configurable please. Messages are important to be configurable aswell please.
