I have developed an anti cheat few months ago, it consists almost all the checks you need. I can add any checks you require. PM me if interested.

For paid solutions you can find things such as AAC on Spigot or ones on here (Doge, Ji). Free solutions will be probably lesser of a quality and hard to come by, best free solution would be NCP.

I could give you an universal y-violation detection with setback system. Y-violations are vertical motions which do not follow the rules of minecrafts gravity system under the right circumstances. So what my universal check does is by recalculating motions with minecrafts gravity formula and setting limits according to several circumstances. This method patches any yport, glide, fly, airjump or any other y motion related cheats.
