That budget would definitely suffice for a very good anti-cheat, but you're not reputable on here and so, I doubt any developer would enter into an agreement for this sort of time and effort. Just my opinion really.

nice job reading the thread
Yes, I know he's not looking to buy at the moment, but if inference was used when reading my comment, it suggests that he should try to build a reputation, even if he's not looking to buy yet.

With budget of $700, how good anticheat could I get? Not buying anything yet, just looking For informations.
These budget you are asking, is sufficient to get AntiCheat powerful and from one serious dev.

Why he should build reputation? If he want buy and not sell?

I wouldn't personally enter into an agreement like this, even with this sort of money on the table (due to their reputation) and, I highly doubt a highly reputable developer would either.

Something like this takes a lot of time and effort as I've already said, and why would you risk it when there's a higher likelihood of being scammed (no offence to the OP), compared to someone that may have 50-100 positive reputation and been on MC-M for years?

Will DEV be tricked into what situation? For this there is Middlemans can do this things, or shows how it has this amount and nothing special, the REP does not define whether you are legitimate or thief.

True, there's a middleman that can be used in situations like this, but it doesn't stop the user from not paying you if they no longer what it. Yes - that could happen with a highly reputable person, but they have a lot more to lose and so, the likelihood is lower.

I never said reputation defines whether you are legitimate or thief; I said that there was a higher likelihood of being scammed when dealing with low (or none) reputation users.

It's simple, that's why the reputation system is there in the first place. Anyway, I would rather take this to DM if you have more to say, as we're just spamming the OP's thread.

DEV has more advantage than a person without a reputation, and it's not scammed, because, if the person doesn't pay up, just the DEV didn't give the resource, and can use this feature and sell to others, while the other is receive nothing.

I opened a DM with you as I'm not looking to trash or spam the OP's thread, as mentioned before...

Why don't you just buy the Verus anti-cheat?
The price is much less and it looks like it's pretty good.

I don’t understand how people could trash such a simple question.

$700 Imo is plenty for an amazing anticheat. You may even get resell rights.

Again, though, the more money, the longer it might take.

I would personally recommend using a MM in such a deal, to ensure you won't get scammed.

Welcome to a thread containing the topic 'anti-cheat'. People like to throw numbers around and act like they know what they're talking about which always has and will end in an argument.
