You should add more details if you're looking for investors. Maybe you can answer some of these questions? How are you going to guarantee money back for investors? How much are you looking for? How are you going to advertise your server so it is successful? Also if you're looking for investments maybe post this in thread in investments and loans if you're looking for someone to invest in it or a loan.
