Server Recruitment AnubisMC

Well hey guys! This is VapeLounge and what i'm bringing you today is that I am releasing
a brand new Factions server!

I am in need of Staff Members that would stay committed to the server would want
to help the community and server grow. Every detail will be listed here below and
requirements for being a staff member on AnubisMC.

If you guys have any further questions about the staff recruitment and/or the
server please do let me know on anything and I will answer
your questions but anyways good luck to the people that are trying to get hired
and see you guys on the server release!

Rank(s) For AnubisMC:
Owner (1 Owner Needed)
Requirements:​
  • Must be the age of 17 depending!
  • Must have a discord
  • Past staff history (servers that you've worked on or been staff on)
  • Must have a good schedule throughout the week (no absents always being on time)
  • Be able to communicate clearly
  • Understands how the plugins work on the server
  • Like talking/supporting members of the server
Admins (3 Admins Needed)
Requirements:
  • Must be the age of 17 depending!
  • Must have a discord
  • Past staff history (servers that you've worked on or been staff on)
  • Must have a good schedule throughout the week (no absents always being on time)
  • Be able to communicate clearly
  • Understands how the plugins work on the server
  • Like talking/supporting members of the server
  • Must be willing to be on the server when needed
Mods (Moderators) (4 Admins Needed)
Requirements:

    • Must be the age of 15 depending!
    • Must have a discord
    • Past staff history (servers that you've worked on or been staff on)
    • Must have a good schedule throughout the week (no absents always being on time)
    • Be able to communicate clearly
    • Understands how the plugins work on the server
    • Like talking/supporting members of the server
    • Must be willing to be on the server when needed
    • Help out with both the server the discord and website
Helpers (4 Helpers Needed)
Requirements:


      • Must be the age of 15 depending!
      • Must have a discord
      • Past staff history (servers that you've worked on or been staff on)
      • Must have a good schedule throughout the week (no absents always being on time)
      • Be able to communicate clearly
      • Understands how the plugins work on the server
      • Like talking/supporting members of the server
      • Must be willing to be on the server when needed
      • (You may also add more details towards this rank)

ranks do need an interview from me and only confirmed

I just had to say I LOVE your server banner/logo. It's so pretty and clean. Seems like this server could have a lot of potential, good luck!

I got 2 questions:
1. Do we need to have a microphone / communicate through voice chat? Or can we just communicate by typing?

2. I am 14, can I still apply to be a staff?

You do need a microphone to apply, im sorry you need to have a mic to commicate to the players on my server.

How was this a scam I can take off everything you did we rested the ranks that you changed you've been changing a lot of things that doesn't have to be changed and you've already been being disrespectful to the staff team.
