Those look very nice...can all of those effects be made inside of After Effects and Photoshop, or do you use other programs?

New banner made specially to be under 100kb (low contrast)

Why does it need to be under 100kb? All the server listing sites I know of, the max size is 350kb.

And that's interesting, so making a low contrast gif reduces the file size??? I've been trying to figure out how to make really small gifs for so long.

Reducing the contrast means the gradient caused by the motion blur contains fewer colours, therefore allowing for less data.
