I need a plugin that when a player does /anvil it opens a gui where he can either repair or combine the enchants and sword or tools. I'm asking for this because for some reason players can't use anvils in my server and they do lose xp but they don't get what they combine nor repair.

Before I offer services, I have to ask, are you using the Spigot 1.8 Protocol hack version (allows 1.7 and 1.8 clients)? If you are, that is because 1.8 changed the XP level requirements, and 1.8 clients will *try* to use the new levels, but the 1.7 server will not allow it, making it so only 1.7 clients can use Anvils. Try upgrading your server to Spigot 1.8 Release IF you are running the Protocol hack.

(I say this before offering services as said services wouldn't be able to fix this. It's a version mismatch issue.)

You updated to full 1.8 that quickly and tested?... OK... Can you further describe what's occurring, maybe upload a video? I don't believe I quite understand what's occurring, if that didn't solve it.

So when someone tried to combine, it takes the xp needed but it returns the sword/tool.[DOUBLEPOST=1424053838,1424053800][/DOUBLEPOST]

You've described EXACTLY what occurs on a Hacky 1.7/1.8 server. Please execute /version on the server and screenshot the result.
