Anvilnode hosting is a sham and are horrible to their customers

So I recently bought a server from Anvilnode as their products are cheap. This is the response I received from them for asking about helping me setup a plugin they mocked my intelligence and asked if I wanted a sippy cup. Furthermore, they responded by sending me a book from amazon on how to deal with impatience because I asked simple questions about their product.

Anvilnode Has been amazing to me and my server so far. They've been very fast at responding and very nice to me throughout the whole time we've been using them.

We've recently contacted them about a problem with the server and were nice enough to give us some extra days of our hosting with for the problems that we were having.

Regardless, if this is happening, good luck to all that's having this happen...

I'll admit, I may have said some things I shouldn't have and may have crossed the line. But if you treat me with disrespect I can do the same. I'm sure just about anyone can agree issuing a chargeback after 45 minutes is beyond ridiculous and completely unwarranted.

In regards to anyone else having troubles with our services within the past week--we've had some issues with one node specifically. If you feel like you are on this node and experienced any issues, open a support ticket and I'll bump your next due date back an entire week. If I haven't already.

A bit impatient I would say. I use anvilnode myself and it takes an hour or so to get a reply. Charging back after 45 mins is very immature of you. Also I would highly recommend reading the book Anvilnode gave you the link too.

There's nothing that you said that really crossed the line. Your services have been great for me, and even answered the noobiest of all my questions. Don't let the rotten apples spoil Anvilnode. Great hosting company.
