Anvilnode is a sham website and are horrible to their customers.

So I recently bought a server from Anvilnode as their products are cheap. This is the response I received from them for asking about helping me setup a plugin they mocked my intelligence and asked if I wanted a sippy cup. Furthermore, they responded by sending me a book from amazon on how to deal with impatience because I asked simple questions about their product.

Sorry you are dissatisfied with their service. I have used Anvilnode for quite some time now, and somehow I doubt that an extremely professional company such as Anvilnode would do something like that just for their entertainment pleasure. From what I understand you simply wanted everything done for you instantly. You cannot expect this from a company. Would you expect Microsoft to come plug your Xbox in for you? Would you chargeback in an hour if they didn't get this done? It's unfair that you expect something like that from a company. I more then understand why Anvilnode would respond in such a way.

I don't see no reason why he would be like that to you unless you was an obnoxious immature brat.

Show what you said to them to deserve a response like that.

I don't agree that it was said, I'm saying I understand why depending on what you said to him, customer service should be top priority.
I agree with some of that, but still, if he's being a prick or not, customer service staff should still act professional and be able to handle that while remaining calm.

You're sitting here complaining about getting a response after an hour when I'm sitting here waiting for over 3 weeks for boostram to even transfer my server files or over a week to even reply to my ticket. Kappa

Since we're posting screenshots I've attached a few that highlight this person's behavior.

I'll admit, I may have said some things I shouldn't have and may have crossed the line. But if you treat me with disrespect I can do the same. I'm sure just about anyone can agree issuing a chargeback after 45 minutes is beyond ridiculous and completely unwarranted.

In regards to anyone else having troubles with our services within the past week--we've had some issues with one node specifically. If you feel like you are on this node and experienced any issues, open a support ticket and I'll bump your next due date back an entire week. If I haven't already.
