Anvilnode is recruiting once again. Our team consists of 6 people now and we're looking for additional staff members. We are aiming to get our response times down to minutes, no matter what time or day the customer contacts us. This means you'll be working in a fast paced environment.
Requirements:

While your title will be Technical Support, you'll be much more than that. The future and goals of the company are always decided as a team so you'll definitely have your say in planning exciting things!

- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Have a stable internet connection.
- Have the ability to communicate with others.
- Be able to use Slack for remote communications.
- Strong technical knowledge of Minecraft servers, plugins and mods/modpacks.
- Be capable of working alone and taking responsibilities. We're a small team so everything you do and say has an impact.
- Strong understanding of English grammar and mechanics.
- Familiarity with Multicraft and WHMCS as well as related problems and solutions is a plus.
