The Fawe plugin is not for single player it is for server
You can create a localhost server and build on your pc,
First of all download the spigot 1.14 jar from here:
https://getbukkit.org/get/X4NhV4o180euQ3sd2noaYxUovXfspBIa
Now put it in a folder,
Make a new text document,
put in it this line:
(Replace spigot-1.14.jar) with the name of the file you downloaded
java -Xmx2000M -Xms2000M -jar spigot-1.14.jar
Click save-as and name it to "run.bat"
now open the run.bat, It should open the server, however, It will first stop that's because It will generate eula file and then closes
open the eula.txt after It's generated and switch eula=false to eula=true
now run server again and It should work,
Now get the fawe plugin from spigot (for 1.14 version) put it in the plugins folder, all done.
Tried that FAWE lags my pc until minecraft runs at 1 fps
If It's a large schematic you are pasting I would recommend using the command //fast before pasting it
