Any Anti Bots Plugin?

Hello! I HAVE A QUESTION! thats anyone know any Good anti Bot Plugin that Works since i have a (NO PREMIUM) Survival Server (i use Authme so PPL can Login) but sometimes my server Gets Attacked by Bots and a Gets turn off everytime any Idea of how can i deal with this (btw i use serverpro as my hosting)

First of all, do you use the server.pro free plan? If not, I do not recommend server.pro as it is too expensive and their performance is trash. Anyways, here are a few antibot plugins:
