I don't even think half and half would appeal to people.

I know I have an extremely low rep also, but I would do this:
Maybe your client should pay you 15, you send the build to them, they pay you the rest. So its about 1/3 -> Build -> 2/3

I personally would do that, until people get a good vibe that your not a scammer, your a legit player. This is just a suggestion, and if I'm completely wrong, let me know. Im new to this, and that is the best way to do it in my opinion, as a new player.
