Unfortunately, I don't have enough experience with recorded courses as I'm a different type of learner.
However, I have heard of Coursera and Udemy.

I highly recommend https://www.codecademy.com/
It's a bit pricey, but you have access to an exceptional amount of content and languages with content that is continually being added. Note this is not in a video format as you mentioned.

Its really hard to become a professional without any real experience, you probably wont become a professional by just doing a course.
Also c++ is a terrible starting language, the specification for the language is like 1500 pages, tons of things a beginner would get super confused by, the c++ reference book i have is like 5x as many pages as my C reference.
If you really want to start with a low level language id say go with C
