I believe he is asking if any developers are available. "Any developers free to make/edit a plugin" could mean "Any developer available to make/edit a plugin". The tag is also buying. idk

I hate when people make a thread looking for help with something and can't provide any detail. "Title says it all" bothers me the most because the title can't say all. He didn't even tell what plugin needed to be edited, what about it needed to be edited, or anything.

I read "free to make" as "for free". Can you still provide more detail on what you want though?

"Free to make" means if your not busy. The title as I said is "Buying", If i wanted a free plugin I would of done the "Free" title.
I need someone to edit the PvpGunsPlus Plugin, if thats not possible make a Gun plugin.
Next time please read the title, tag, and whats in the thread.
