Literally the entire API is documented any half decent developer should be able to figure it out from that. It doesn't really matter if they are "working" with it.

i put a post up and another member is looking into doing the 2 plugins for me he is sure he can do the first on however the second one he may not be able to do if he can not do it i will message you guys.
