It's for a minecraft semi vanilla server that will have anywhere between 20/50/75 players. I would love a fairly budget dedicated with above decent specs, most important is around 8gb/16gb with high freq.

I really liked this price and specs on one site, but the setup fee is annoying.

Yes and no. OVH i trust not to shut down any time soon and they seem to have a good rep, a friend also uses them. But if there is trusted names out there i'm open.

For a semi vanilla server those specs are fine, ssd would be better though. Its a good price, you likely won't find anything better for the price. Though if you're willing to go as high as $45 - 60 a month, you could get a server with an E3 and an SSD, which is better for mc servers, that are world loading heavy.
