Best thing you could do is actually go look on Setup's or Established server's.

Yep, you will be able to get the core, but not hosting, graphics, advertisement, builds, premium plugins, custom plugins, and many other things without money.

Especially hosting though, because HCF needs quality ass hosting. You are looking at a few hundred bucks at the very least if you want a half decent HCF server. If you want to make one just for friends and not for actual business then feel free to keep going the way you have been XD
