Any good mob APIs?

Hi, since I can't find any good APIs for Fake Mobs (with packets), I wanna ask you guys for public free-to-use APIs.

Have you taken a look at the Citizens2 NPC api? (https://wiki.citizensnpcs.co/API)
Really easy to use and you change the NPC's entity type to any.
