Uhm ok, so first thing that guy has some extremely long arms and you don't put half tones on a minecraft banner xD
The plastic wrap is pretty nice but there's a bit too much. Also there isn't really anything that makes the render look like it fits the background other than the inner glow so adding some lighting would make it look much better. Text is pretty nice

2nd thing: Colour Correction packs. Unfortunately, you don't have many GOOD options for free CCs. Many "top tier" designers or just really good designers just make their own colour corrections so just search up how to make colour corrections. Also it would be better to make your own as not all colour corrections work for every single banner. Some are just meant for "purple themed" banners, dark themed, etc. So just learn how to make your own
