Any good plugin tutorials?

Hey, my name is Hugh. I'm a web developer (html, css, PHP) and I do Python, so I'm not new to programming, however I haven't really got into Java. I know the very basics of Java (printing, variables, etc.) but have never really gotten into it. Does anyone know any good tutorials for plugin development? If so, a link would be really appreciated! Thanks!

Are both alright. However I also took a paid course
