My past experiences are, 2 years of csgo trading, hiring->(YouTubers, builders, designers, devs, etc...) and I have encountered 100+ different scammers. Literally.

Reputation is not something you can trade. This is kinda breaking the rules. Just be in the community and help people. Eventually you will get what you want.
