So let me get this straight, if your an admin / mod you need to know some coding, but your not paying them unless they do stuff first for you? seems like a scam to get free plugins buddy, not a lot of mods know how to code but you know ok... and you said your not looking for managers.

Once the Admin like did it and we are happy then he get paid. Or someone needs to make alot of changes to the server(custom plugins, extra staff then he can get paid) because we don't pay for just a developer that codes only(well yeah but not now). If you are going to be staff and you want to be paid then you need to wait or you need to help us ASAP and help us good(custom pl) etc.[DOUBLEPOST=1585515197][/DOUBLEPOST]Well kind of. You can only be manager on certain circumstances. And I think no one knows it or does it for free... if you do.
