Any Legal Issue I may come across

I am on my iPhone so if there are Typos and lack of grammar forgive me. But I want to make a minecraft server and I wanna make sure I don't get in trouble with the law via taxes and such. I live in the US and the state is Florida. I am planing on making a profit. I know minecraft has this Eula crap but I see tons of servers just offering up donation stuff that effects Ingame. AKA Archon it has a large player count over 3000 a day and definitely makes over 2000 a month how come they do not get in trouble and any tips so I can do the same.

also I want to know if I have to pay taxes depending in the state I am in and I am also a minor is if that makes a different.

I do not believe you will have to pay taxes for any donations you recieve as they are merely considered 'donations'. (Voluntary gifts of money) In this case, for things in return.

I get taxed off the money I make from servers. I use PayPal and they take off a little percentage.

This is just Paypal and or Buycraft/Enjin/whatever donation service you use, taking a fee from the total of the donation. They need to earn money somehow as well

You shouldn't be faced with any legal troubles. And no offense, but I doubt you will be making tens of thousands of dollars on your career in server owning, through donations, so you should be fine.

Buycraft doesn't take any percentage of the money you make. You get the full amount when someone donates to you through buycraft, I've contacted them before asking them this.
