hey guys i cant find any way to learn how to make webportals. just simple one so if i click somewhere it sends me somewhere else anyone know where i can learn that ?

What do you mean with web portals? Portals made of webs? If that's that case the plugin Igates does that

These pages usually just have main buttons redirecting you to the other areas of your site. Once again, they usually have a background image that is HD and rather appealing to the general population.

You can generally find tutorials with just a few key words, depending on how you want to do it... The way I see it is you can either use HTML, and hard code it your self, and or use a Template (Google HTML Portal Page Template). Or you could use the website builder Enjin. From there you can create a simple portal page, once again use google with the terms Enjin + Portal Page and you should find some decent information .

MC-Market is also a great source for HTML devs, you could hire someone on to either teach your or simply do it for you.
I've got a contact willing to set up a simple portal page for you if you were going to pay, it'd be for cheap!

He also is experienced with XenForo, and many other general website building programs using HTML.
