I'm trying to snag a good deal for a good desktop PC or laptop (desktop is more preferable). Here are some of my options (budget = 1k - discount)

My suggestion would be to not get any of them that you linked, simply because pre-built PC's are usually way overpriced for their actual value, I would recommend you buy a custom gaming desktop since they're the cheapest for what you get, I paid £500 for mine and I have upgraded it a bit (upgrading more soon). I just got mine from a company on amazon that are situated near where I live (UK).
