The Server Genre is PvP, Survival and Factions. The Map is already completely built, containing a nice looking functional Spawn, alongside with some excitingly designed PvP Places, a Villager Shop, a Bank (for converting Items into virtual Currency), a Battle Arena, a large Event Room, a Portals Room to reach the Nether and End, a Help Center, a Parkour & much more (just check out the Warp Locations once you're online).
It has around 40 different Plugins, which are not self-written, but all very well and precisely configured, which makes a lot of them seem pretty unique. Examples given: A Herobrine Plugin, a Giant Zombies Plugin, a Monsterhunt-Rewards Plugin, an Action Bar Plugin, PvP Stats, and all the basic Stuff like a Scoreboard, EssentialsX, a Permissions Plugin, a Chat Sytem, a Auto Broadcast System, a good Economy System, Votifier, and of course, Factions, etc. etc.. No Plugin produces any Lagg-causing Errors or similar Problems, everything works smoothly and fine.
I've already set up an Enjin Website which is fully operable and completely finished, meaning it features a working Donation Store, Community Forum, Blog, FAQ, Contact Page etc.. Also an automatic Voting Reward System is integrated in the Website, and the Server is listed on four different Minecraft Server Lists. Since the Server is only two Months old yet, the current Player Base is around 20 new Visitors a Day (0-6 Players permanently online usually, depending on the Clock Time).

Thank you for the lengthy reply! Unfortunately mainly looking a good name and domain. If artwork and builds come with it that would be a bonus. I'm not EU based so I think I would be attracting the wrong kind of players. I will still keep your offer in mind if I decide to go with you, thanks for the post!
