Any Server with Playerbase (20+ Players) [$10k Budget]

Putting together a network and would like to have a little support for the playerbase when we open it. I will be using the server I purchase for mostly the playerbase.

I would prefer the server to be Factions, Prison, Skywars, or Skyblock, but whatever works

Not putting any specifics on what I would like yet because I'm not completely sure what I'm looking for I would, however, prefer the server to have a playerbase of at least 20 players.

Please, don't even try and say you'll take legal action. I highly doubt you signed any legal documents regarding the purchase of his server. Stop trying to act so tough. Charging back is not taking legal action. Like fuck.
