Any sort of server with a playerbase (15+)

Hello, I am currently in the market for a well established server. The title in fact does say any sort of server with a playerbase. However, please do keep in mind, I am not interested in modded servers.

When we do come to an agreement for purchase, please state any sort of information such as your staff team, the playerbase itself, or anything else among the lines. I would like to know where your server is hosted, how much it cost for the upkeep (Such as staff, hosting services, domain, etc.), and how to keep the transition of power peaceful.

There are some requirements when we do negotiate:
-It must be released to the public.
-It must have a Discord server.
-It needs to have an active playerbase of 15+
-If any, provide evidence of income.
-Tebex only.
-English.


Since "any sort" can range from anything, let me tell you the genre's I am mostly focused on. Please do keep in mind that the genre's not listed does not mean I am not seeking. As long as it is not modded, we should be fine. My favorite type of genres are:
-Minigames
-Special genre (Something custom, unique, etc)
-Prison
-Survival
-Anything with an active competitive ELO system. (KitPVP Ranked, Brackets ranked, etc.)


I have a good budget. I plan on spending around $1000 - $2000. Negotiations are always possible.

There are some rules before we proceed to the transaction.
-You must provide everything first.
-PayPal only.
-Payment will be in goods and services.
-Everything is final.

If you need proof of funds due to my low reputation, that can be arranged. However, please understand that I am spending around $1000-$2000 while you have ownership of property. Its much more easier for my money to be stolen compared to me stealing a whole entire established server.
