Hello, My name is Matt ( My current IGN is FN ) and I'm 14 years of age living on the East Coast of the United States. I'm currently looking for some staff experience. A lot of servers require a good amount of experience I currently don't have but gonna put this here for anyone needed a staff member. This is not a thread where I'm gonna join the staff team for a day and leave for "experience." I want to learn a lot more about being a staff member overall.​

Here are some traits about me that I would find beneficial for you to know.

Hardworking
I am very well at doing tasks assigned to me and promise to never get distracted by toxic or things said while doing my job. I believe that I could do anything I put my mind to and also assigned to with a little to nothing adjusting period. I will do the most I can provide as in banning hackers and altogether making your server a better place and more fun for the people who play the server so It can rise to it's fullest potential.

Activeness
I am almost always on Minecraft and Teamspeak. This allows me to be able to give constant help and support to all the players. I will be able to ban hackers instantly after recording and screen sharing so there isn’t a hacker roaming around while everyone is waiting for a staff member. I currently have a huge amount of open time to provide help with the server and the forums. I currently don't have any sports running.

Professionalism
I am very respectful of everyone that plays any server and never lose my cool in any situation which could be hard sometimes with the constant ghost clienters on the Minecraft community today. I promise to never use any bias on my decisions which I think a lot of people can't personally do.

Experience
Since being active on many forums before I will offer any assistance and could provide users with any questions the forums. On the in-game side of things, I have been personally a dedicated player since early and can provide tips and provide help with plugins and vanilla Minecraft questions. I can spot hackers easily and be able to ban them after I get proof.

Unbiased
I believe that I possess this trait and believe this to be very important. I will provide an unbiased in under any circumstances. I most likely won't already have many friends on this network which is a positive due to me having a 0 chance of abusing. I will provide the punishments for the rules broken and their punishments will abide.

Thursday: 2pm to 11pm

Friday: 2pm to 12am

Saturday: 2pm to 12am

Sunday: 2pm to 11am
