Hi,
Vapeying scammed me. Not yet disputed it, was wondering if Paypal still actually cover loans because some people say they don't, i'm getting worried.

Do they still protect loans and will I get my money back?

Thanks ;)

Paypal definitely doesn't "cover" loans. How much have you been scammed?

$10 from Vapeying which i'm not too bothered about
$43 from Expire which I am bothered about

I'd be happy to get back just half. Way back in 2016, people didn't scam the way they do now, this forum is a fucking harbour for scammers. I definitely won't be lending anymore after this.

Honestly, you shouldn't be loaning money that you can't afford to loose and nearly everyone that needs a loan is looking to scam. I don't think I've ever met a kid that needs a loan for something important and worthwhile.

No, you should start a claim for “not receiving your goods”. The shittiest part of PayPal, even works on Minecraft servers responding to claims with proof. You need to keep telling in the dispute that you want your money back. Don’t tell them it’s a loan.
Stupid me had put "$43 Loan" in the payment note :/[DOUBLEPOST=1522355482][/DOUBLEPOST]
Do what the dick that chargebacked on me did, claim you didn’t pay him and someone took ur PayPal account
I think they would check the IP of the payment though

Same thing happened to me I've been scammed 3 times through loans so I just gave up giving loans to people on here.

I would definitely open a dispute. Just get as much evidence as you possibly can. Also, I know that there are certain companies who will do this for you. I guess you could threaten him with legal action as well, but you'd need a lot of proof if you wanted to win it out.
