accounts that have been used to scam can be secured, and most of the accounts in the cape section are either resale or jacked. but as long as the seller is reputable and is willing to provide buyer protection its good to buy

I’ve been selling minecon capes since 2015, I’ve sold over 50 at this point! Let me know if interested, I always try to keep my capes for a long time before selling, to ensure if anything happens, that it’s on me and the buyer doesn’t have issues.

p.s. nevermind the first reply, the dude has beef with me because I called him out for not knowing how to appraise and being immature.

Mahers has been grinding capes recently, I've never heard of issues with his capes so far. If you want a highly reputable user though then I suggest going with Doge or asa.
