Any way to make a "Want To Buy" thread for OG Accounts?

I'm 90% sure there used to be because I remember making several back in 2015, but I know the system's changed since then (maybe multiple times?)

From as far back as I can remember, I've never seen a requesting thread in the OG accounts section so I guess there is no way to do it. Therefore, the only way I see you buying your desired OG account is by searching for it.

I really do think it was doable back in the day. I’ll admit it’s been a long time and I might just be delusional.

In any case, is there any other section where a post like this might be appropriate? It usually works better asking around in case someone knows the right guy off site. Just searching the listings isn’t likely to help much.
