Is it supposed to be possible to upvote/downvote reviews on all resources, even those that you don't own? I can upvote/downvote all reviews on all resources on BuiltByBit, and I don't even own them.
I don't think it makes sense for users that don't even own the resource to be able to vote on reviews. I'm not sure if this is intended, but this could easily be abused. Anyone can go to any resource and downvote all of the reviews.
