anyone ever heard of "alias" or "Cypher" or "Cypherverse"

I'm currently dealing with this user who I found out recently was banned on mcm.

If anyone remembers him please give me some background info good or bad about him. I just want to get reassured that potentially he is not in fact a scammer.

Pretty sure he scammed me. Sold him my account, and then chargebacked on me. I just pulled the account back though

yeah so he wouldnt show any proof of the plugin(s) i payed for till they were done, he sent me a screenshot of a new notepad with source code from the og factions plugin whilst he was also in a call w his friends playing rust prob just messing around, ended up giving him a lot of chances n now i ended up disputing n reporting him as fraud/scam. https://gyazo.com/f020d831d282bee63182f912cb84ebdd anyways im gonna have my money back in a month so im chillin. for anyone in future tense if u run into him, DONT deal with him as he probably isnt even a dev
