Anyone ever used Paxful for Bitcoin?

I recently bought $200 using this site having it been recommended to me by many people. I do not ever recommend using this site.

I sent $200 PayPal to the vendor. Only for his PayPal account get limited. Some how this was considered my fault and I never got my Bitcoin? He never verified his account with a Bank Account or Debit Card.

I lost $200 for nothing.

Has anyone ever had similar issues?

Paxful isn't good for buying Bitcoin, you'll either get scammed or get a terrible rate.

It’s better to put your wallet on blockchain or smth, and buy it off some people who actually have BTC against low rates. Automatic payments are always holding shitty rates which would cost alot.

It’s not so much the price/rate I’m too bothered about. It’s the fact I clearly should of won the dispute because it wasn’t my fault his PayPal got limited. They provide such an unprofessional and biased service.

Paxful has terrible rates and most of the sellers with halfway decent rates have fake activity and large timeouts, so you end up putting hundreds in escrow for up to 24 hours to never get a response.

Yeah. I feel they’re very biased and more positive towards their vendors. They hardly investigated it. The moderator asked the seller to send a video of his PayPal, so he did. It clearly showed my +$200 transaction on his account and balance and I still lost the dispute.
