Hey! Currently, if you go here (https://www.mc-market.org/account/upgrades) you can purchase premium again. Unfortunately, the only payment method currently available is stripe so you will need a bank card to purchase anything. I'm not sure if PayPal will be coming back and if it's anytime soon.
