Anyone have adobe media encoder?

Currently someone made me an intro and i'm in a situation. I'm hoping someone nice enough with adobe media encoder can help me with turning the intro of mine into a MP4 for me as the intro maker didn't seem to have that. If your able to do this for me please PM me or comment.

https://handbrake.fr/ - Use that. Can compress the file down super small too, and puts it in MP4 format. Most youtubers use it to get their videos to a small size for upload. I'm guessing they sent it in .mov or something?
