Check to see if there are any giftcards for that shop available on websites that DO accept paypal, I did this once for a purchase on amazon and found Gyft.com. Make sure to use an email adress you don't mind being spammed.

Yeah, Those shoes are normally $70.
There fake but are still nice to wear.

They don't sell visa or master card prepaid cards but I already got this done, just went to the store and got me one ;P
