I’ve been looking into different DDoS protection options, and NeoProtect keeps coming up but I haven’t seen much detailed feedback from users.
If you've used NeoProtect recently, I'd really appreciate it if you could share your experience. Some things I’m curious about:

• How well does it actually mitigate attacks?
• Any noticeable latency or performance impact?
• Was the setup process smooth?
• How’s their support team when things go wrong?
• Any weird issues or limitations to be aware of?

I’d rather know now than run into surprises later

I thought the same until recently where my OVH servers were able to be taken down.

A good hoster is very often not enough. Even if you host on OVH, a bit better DDoS Guy downs your server..
I know some hosters that offer 20TB or Fair Use traffic which is very good, there u might not need that more of a protection.

and NeoProtect offers 3 TB montlhy traffic for the universal plan.

but overall my experience with NeoProtect (Game-Shield) was great. The setup was quick and straightforward and the support team on Discord responded very fast and was genuinely helpful. I purchased the 15€ "Universal" plan, which is the most affordable upgrade above the free version, and I was more than satisfied with it. If your server grows or you face DDoS issues, you can always upgrade to a higher plan at any time.
