Anyone interested in starting a Lord of the Rings based server?

Hey guys, I am just here seeing if anyone would be interested in working with me and developing a Lord of the Rings based server.

First of all I just want to say I am doing this for fun, I own my own network McRealms and that will be my priority but I've had free time so I thought I'd give it a shot. The server would mainly be for fun, but I am sure it will receive a few donations; enough to keep the server running at least. I don't doubt being able to get a decent 10 - 20 player-base for the server as there is fairly high demand for a server like what I am thinking of doing..

So, the main premise of the server would obviously be Lord of the Rings / Middle Earth based. The world would be based off Middle Earth with builds such as The Shire, Minas Tirith, Helms Deep, and other major towns/cities in Middle Earth. There wouldn't be many game changing plugins just a few for ranks, maybe mcmmo, mostly vanilla. You'd start out at a small spawn area with options on which race to choose from (elven, hobbit, dwarves, human). Once chosen you'd be set to that races rank and you'd have a daily kit with essential items for that race (i.e a dwarf would get a special pickaxe with a lore etc.) After this your options are mainly your own, you can go out in the world and build your own kingdom, live on your own, do whatever you please. It'd be roleplay so PVP would be allowed in the wilderness, raiding and warfare as well, kingdoms could declare war on eachother and attack. The large builds (shire, minas tirith, helms deep etc.) would be protected to prevent players from destroying them however other then that there will be no protection for players kingdoms to make it more realistic.
