Anyone know a fix

basically when i plugin my razer hammerhead ear phones into any device there is no words in music or youtube videos obly the background music but if i leave the connect halfway out it works. Does anyone know how to fix that with the connector in fully and the device that in using is iphone 7 plus

Yeah its fucked but only had then 2 days do you suggest any other good earphones

Get a Kingston HyperX Cloud II headset. Amazing quality tbh.

Already have them i paid around £80 for them and i use them for my pc. I'm looking for earphones to use on my phone
