Anyone know a GlobalBroadCast Plugin?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a plugin out there. (Free preferred or cheap) That you can globally broadcast to all your bungee coorded servers? Basically I have 4 servers all bungeed together and I can be in my prison server and do like a broadcast that sends to Prison Hub and KitPvp. Let me know if anyone knows of a plugin like that. Or if you can make one and how much it would cost. I dont see more than 15 lines of code max. But what do I know Im not a dev...

In bungee, there's a command called /alert to give your self permission goto your bungee server >> config.yml >> permissions and add to admin: bungeecord.command.alert
