Get a cheap VPS, install Java onto it, and just host it by yourself.
+1 for this. OP, it's better to just get a VPS and host it yourself. Don't bother with doing some specialty bot hosting, it's easier to just use a VM.

Just go with OVH, don't bother with any MCM/Minecraft companies. SYS & Kimsufi are OVH resellers. Hetzner is on their own. An alternative would be going with AWS (cloud hosting, paying for what you consume) - https://aws.amazon.com/
Don't SYS and Kimsufi run inside their own buildings that are attached to OVH?
They're not really reselling but just a different brand sharing support teams and old hardware

I'm guessing this thing is pretty light weight. Pretty much all the big cloud have a free tier. You can get a free E1-Micro with GCP, and if that isn't enough they offer $300 in credits. I'm sure that will last a while. AWS also has a free tier but I'm not entirely familiar with it so just do your own research.
