For some strange reason, I can't seem to find out how to manually approve users to download my resources. The users already have a license for the plugin, and I've verified that their payment has gone through. But, for some reason, they keep getting redirected to PM me when they click the "Download" link. One user sent me this gif:

They were unable to download the plugin, even though their account exceeds the requirements for downloading the resource (as of now the requirement is just an account older than 7 days).
