Anyone know the plugin name of what is listed? Help!

Hey there,

I seen a plugin some time back where if you hit a block it stays on that stage when you mined it. So later you can come back to it and continue to mine it. Anybody know that plugin in there mind or something? I can't really find it! D:. I have seen it before and I saw videos on my old pc. But its damaged so I cant use it. Also please notify me if I posted this in the wrong area. I will request a change!
